Visitation Policy

Effective March 1, 2021

We understand that 2020 was a difficult year for everyone, but especially for our residents at The Meetinghouse at Riverfront.  Our residents have experienced almost 12 months of rarely seeing loved ones, friends, and family members; not to mention being able to give or receive a hug. The availability of the Covid vaccine to our community has allowed us to adjust our requirements for family and friends to visit. The safety of our residents and associates are of the utmost importance to us. With this in mind, please see our updated Visitation Policy effective March 1st, 2021.

Please understand that the visitation requirements are subject to change if a suspected Covid-19 case occurs within our community.  If we should have to go into isolation, please understand that we will not allow visits during this time. Our leadership team will communicate any changes in visitation requirements, in the following manners: to the residents directly, via posted signage at the main entrance, via our Facebook page, and via our website under the tab Covid Updates.

  • If you feel sick, do not come to the community. Please reschedule your visit to when you are feeling better.

  • No appointment is necessary to visit.  Visits are welcome any day and time.

  • Visitors must sign the Log in Sheet with the date and time.

  • Visitors must complete the Health Screen Questionnaire with a documented temperature check.

  • Practice social distancing of 6 feet apart and observe personal space of others.

  • Visitors must wear proper Personal Protection Equipment (Mask, gloves) and use hand sanitizer.

  • Please visit in the resident’s personal apartment or outside in designated areas only.

  • Please limit the number of visitors to 2 or less.

We appreciate your understanding and compliance with these new visitation requirements. Thank you for your support in ensuring the continued safety of our residents, associates, and community.

February 2, 2021

Residents and staff of the Meetinghouse at Riverfront in Manchester, New Hampshire, a Lloyd Jones Senior Living community, were offered both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccines were administered by the local health department as some residents at the senior living facility receive assisted living services from the VNA of Manchester.

97% of residents received the vaccine; the first dose was administered in January 2021 and the second round took place on February 2, 2021.

The Meetinghouse at Riverfront is committed to upholding the highest safety and cleanliness standards to prevent the spread of COVID-19. In addition to the many policies and standards in place, the community purchased an electrostatic disinfecting sprayer early in the pandemic, which allows sanitizers to reach all surfaces, including all sides, back or undersides, and crevices, for 360-degree coverage.
